Laura Malinowski is a trusted advisor to high performing senior leaders and entrepreneurs. She partners with them to achieve balance and create momentum in their leadership.
Deeply curious about diverse perspectives, she considers coaching to be a calling, an art, and a discipline. She aligns her business mission with the UN's interlinked Sustainable Development Goals to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all, specifically those around Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life on Land, and Gender Equity.
A Washington DC area native, Laura brings decades of operational executive experience in mission-driven organizations. She's led and developed multiple cross-functional teams, building collaborative cultures, and creating sustainable products and systems. Her background also includes the creation of a non-profit community organization, five years in publishing, and spinning discs as a deejay. She is honored to serve on the Executive Committee for Stepping Stones Shelter in Rockville, MD, and as Membership Chair for the Women Business Owners of Montgomery County.
An ICF PCC, Laura holds certificates in Generative Team Coaching, Climate Change Coaching, Change Management, Organizational Development, and Consulting Skills. She is a certified practitioner of the Narrative Enneagram, a certified practitioner of the Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor and True Tilt Personality Profile, a certified QA in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and is proficient in French. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, with a concentration in Film & Theater.
